Question 1

Can I log in without a password?

Accepted Answer

You can use the one-tap login feature on the official PH90 app, which bypasses password entry. However, for security verification and to recover your account, you may still need to provide your password or complete an SMS/OTP verification.

Question 2

What if my password doesn't meet the requirements on PH90?

Accepted Answer

If your password fails to meet PH90's security requirements (minimum 8 characters, at least one number, one uppercase, and one special character), we recommend resetting it via the 'Forgot Password' option on the official portal. This ensures your account remains protected.

Question 3

What if I forgot the mobile number I used to register?

Accepted Answer

If you forgot the mobile number used during registration, please contact PH90's 24/7 technical support through the official customer service channels. They will verify your identity via alternative KYC documents and help you update your mobile number.

Question 4

Login failed – what to do on PH90?

Accepted Answer

First, ensure you are using the latest PH90 app or official sign-in portal. Clear your browser cache, check your internet connection, and disable any VPN. If the issue persists, use the 'Forgot Password' reset or contact our live support to resolve any account lock.

Question 5

Can I have multiple accounts?

Accepted Answer

PH90 strictly prohibits multiple accounts per user. Having more than one account may result in permanent suspension and confiscation of bonuses. We enforce a one-account-per-user policy to maintain fair play.

Question 6

How do I update to the latest PH90 app version?

Accepted Answer

Please download the latest APK from the official PH90 website or your app store. Ensure you enable 'Install from Unknown Sources' only for the official PH90 application. The app will also notify you when an update is available.

Question 7

Why is PH90 redirecting me to another host?

Accepted Answer

If you encounter an odd redirect, close the page and type the official URL: https://ph90signin.com. Never enter your credentials on a redirected site. Reset your password immediately if you already typed any details, and contact support to verify your account security.
